-5-8+ years of experience managing Salesforce implementation and transformation programs.
- Strong experience delivering Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Sales Cloud projects. Automotive Cloud experience preferred.
- Proven experience leading end-to-end project delivery, including planning, estimation, resource management, governance, deployment, and hypercare support.
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams to define project roadmap and implementation strategy.
- Lead Agile delivery teams and facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, demos, retrospectives, and release planning.
- Track project health, risks, issues, and dependencies, and drive timely mitigation and escalation management.
- Ensure delivery excellence through quality governance, testing oversight, release management, and production readiness reviews.
- Manage cross-functional teams comprising Business Analysts, Salesforce Developers, Architects, QA engineers, DevOps engineers, and third-party vendors.
- Experience working with Salesforce integrations, data migration, environment strategy, and DevOps processes.
- Hands-on understanding of Salesforce Platform, Apex, LWC, Security Model, Integration Patterns, and Solution Architecture.
- Experience with CI/CD and DevOps tools such as Copado, Git, etc.
- Strong client-facing communication, executive stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Experience in Agile, Scrum, Hybrid, and Waterfall delivery methodologies
Mandatory Skills: Salesforce App Building.
Experience: 5-8 Years.
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
