Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead all phases of assigned EPC projects, from engineering design through procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout.
  • Develop and manage detailed project schedules, budgets, work plans, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate engineering deliverables, procurement activities, and construction execution to meet client requirements and contractual obligations.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with clients, consultants, vendors, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies.
  • Utilize project management tools to identify and mitigate project risks, proactively resolving issues to avoid cost overruns and delays.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental requirements, and quality control standards.
  • Oversee contract administration, change orders, invoicing, and project reporting.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, ensure adherence to plans, and verify quality.
  • Ensuring that project deliverables meet high standards and stakeholder expectations.
  • Foster collaboration across engineering, procurement, and construction teams to achieve project goals.
  • Support business development by providing technical input, cost estimates, and schedules for proposals.
  • Maintaining clear and consistent communication with clients, senior leadership, and team members.

Job Requirements / Qualifications:
  • Leadership: Guiding and motivating teams to achieve objectives.

  • A bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field is preferred.
  • Professional experience utilizing Procore is preferred.
  • 5 years of experience managing utility scale EPC projects like PV, BESS and Substation.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with project management tools like MS Project and Procore for collaboration and tracking progress.
