Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or Engineering required
• 10+ years of experience in complex water or industrial construction projects
• Direct experience on water or wastewater treatment construction projects
• Self-perform experience strongly desired
• In-depth knowledge of water or wastewater treatment technology/process required
• Advanced knowledge of construction principles/practices required
• Experience managing subcontracts and subcontractors

Responsibilities

• Participate in developing a Project Chart of Accounts with the Project Director
• Develop detailed Project Contract status reports
• Coordinate logistics planning with the Project Superintendent
• Maintain a thorough understanding of McCarthy/Owner contracts
• Oversee the pay request process and monitor project costs
• Analyze and forecast quarterly Total Cost Projection reports
• Lead the implementation and monitoring of staff training programs
• Review and approve material and equipment needs for projects
• Assist the Estimating team in bidding processes
• Implement safety and EEO/Affirmative Action programs
• Lead the project's quality assurance processes
• Develop and manage project close-out processes
