Job Type Full-time Description Job Summary: TAS Environmental Services L.P. is seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable individual for the Project Manager position. This position is responsible for leading and coordinating industrial service projects and field operations, with a strong emphasis on waste management expertise and client-facing responsibilities including quote creation. This role ensures efficient execution of services such as equipment cleaning, waste handling, and site support, while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Project Management & Execution Plan, coordinate, and manage industrial service projects including tank/containment cleaning, excavation, vacuum/air mover truck operations, spill clean-up, and confined space entry. Supervise field crews and subcontractors to ensure safe and timely project delivery. • Monitor project progress and adjust resources as needed to meet deadlines and budget targets. Waste Management Expertise Oversee the handling, packaging, transportation, and disposal of hazardous and non-hazardous waste. Ensure proper waste classification and documentation (e.g., manifests, profiles). Perform waste inventories and maintain accurate tracking of waste volumes and types. Quote Creation & Client Engagement Prepare detailed project quotes and proposals based on scope, labor, equipment, and disposal costs. Collaborate with sales, waste, and proposals teams to ensure competitive and accurate pricing. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during project planning and execution. Conduct site visits and assessments to develop service strategies tailored to client needs. Field Operations Oversight Implement and enforce safety protocols and operational procedures. Provide technical guidance and support to field teams. Troubleshoot issues on-site and ensure quality standards are met. Documentation & Reporting Maintain project records including job logs/dailies, service reports, and waste tracking. Provide post-project reviews and client feedback summaries. Support internal reporting and performance tracking. Requirements Qualification 5+ years of experience in industrial field services and waste management.
