Job Title: Project Manager / WalkMe Specialist

Location: Fully Remote/Full Time

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with WalkMe experience to lead and coordinate digital adoption and technology enablement initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills combined with hands-on experience using WalkMe to support user adoption, training, onboarding, and change management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead projects from initiation through completion, including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
  • Manage WalkMe implementation and digital adoption projects, ensuring solutions align with business and user needs.
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improving user adoption, training, and engagement.
  • Coordinate WalkMe content development, including SmartTips, Launchers, Walk-Thrus, Surveys, and other DAP components.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements.
  • Manage project scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
  • Facilitate meetings with cross-functional teams and provide clear project updates to leadership.
  • Work with UX, product, IT, training, and business teams to ensure a consistent user experience.
  • Track project progress and ensure deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
  • Gather and analyze user feedback and adoption data to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Support user acceptance testing and coordinate rollout activities.
  • Develop project documentation, status reports, requirements, and process documentation.
  • Identify and resolve project roadblocks while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Support change-management and communications activities associated with technology implementations.


Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred.

Experience: 6+ years of project management experience, preferably within technology, software implementation, digital transformation, or enterprise applications.

Hands-on experience with WalkMe or another Digital Adoption Platform.

Experience managing projects involving software implementation, user adoption, training, or change management. Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices while also working with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.

Technical Skills: Certifications: PMP and/or similar qualifications.

Required Start Time: Daily start time of 8 a.m. US-ET is required due to national and international operations.
