Essential Job Functions:
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, and budgets, considering regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals and objectives.
  • Allocate and manage resources efficiently, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
  • Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of necessary resources.
  • Monitor project budgets, expenditures, and financial forecasts.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising safety or quality.
  • Enforce safety regulations and ensure that all project activities adhere to safety standards.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  • Provide regular project updates and address concerns promptly.
  • Identify and assess potential risks associated with projects and implement strategies to mitigate them.
  • Monitor and enforce quality standards for all project deliverables.
