Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, procurement plans, and subcontractor coordination.
  • Lead project meetings with owners, architects, engineers, consultants, and trade partners.
  • Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and contracts.
  • Manage project financials including forecasting, cost control, billing, and budget reporting.
  • Ensure projects meet safety, quality, and schedule expectations.
  • Mentor Project Engineers and support their professional development.

What You'll Do: • Manage multiple commercial construction projects from award through completion. • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, procurement plans, and subcontractor coordination. • Lead project meetings with owners, architects, engineers, consultants, and trade partners. • Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and contracts. • Manage project financials including forecasting, cost control, billing, and budget reporting. • Ensure projects meet safety, quality, and schedule expectations. • Coordinate with Superintendents to resolve field challenges and maintain project progress. • Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the life of each project. • Mentor Project Engineers and support their professional development. What You'll Bring: • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred. • 7+ years of commercial construction project management experience. • Experience managing cold storage, refrigerated warehouse, food processing, industrial manufacturing, or large distribution center projects strongly preferred. • Strong understanding of MEP systems, scheduling, procurement, and construction sequencing. • Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office. • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Preferred Experience • Ammonia refrigeration systems. • Insulated metal panels. • Freezer and cooler construction. • Design build industrial projects. • Tilt up construction is a plus.
