Title: Project Manager - Transmission Construction

Location: Corona, CA (Office-Based w/ Occasional Site Travel)

Role Overview

Based out of our regional office in Corona, CA, you will provide project management leadership across small, medium, and large-scale transmission line construction projects. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and fulfilling all technical requirements while serving as the primary point of contact for project owners, field teams, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Leadership: Lead the execution of utility transmission construction projects, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget targets are achieved.
  • Technical & Operational Planning: Develop, plan, and coordinate all technical and logistical requirements from project kickoff through final closeout.
  • Owner & Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary liaison for project communications, representing the company during owner meetings, progress updates, and field activities.
  • Team Alignment: Partner closely with project engineering, field supervision, procurement, and safety management to streamline daily site operations.


Qualifications & Requirements
  • Industry Experience: 3-5 years of progressive office, field management, or technical services experience in transmission line project management, including experience in mid-level management.
  • Leadership Background: Minimum 3 years of experience serving as a Lead Transmission Project Manager on utility construction projects.
  • Education & Credentials: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Construction Management, or equivalent industry experience.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office suite; working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Primavera (P6) is highly preferred.
  • Location & Mobility: Must reside within a reasonable driving distance of our Corona, CA office or be willing to relocate. Valid driver's license and willingness to work outdoors and travel periodically to job sites required.
