Full Job Description
Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Project Manager to support a company focused on delivering complex electrical construction projects across the public works, industrial, healthcare, and commercial sectors. This position is on-site in Brea, CA. The Project Manager will oversee electrical construction projects from award through closeout, ensuring successful execution, profitability, and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities for the Project Manager include:
  • Manage electrical construction projects from contract award through project closeout.
  • Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, vendors, engineers, inspectors, utility providers, and general contractors to ensure successful project execution.
  • Oversee commercial, industrial, and medium-voltage electrical systems, including submittals, shop drawings, commissioning, and energization activities.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, track milestones, monitor job costs, forecasting, billing, and cash flow performance.
  • Ensure compliance with contract requirements, public works regulations, safety standards, and company policies while leading project meetings and resolving project challenges.


Required Qualifications for the Project Manager include:
  • 5+ years of construction project management experience within commercial, industrial, public works, or electrical construction environments.
  • Experience managing electrical construction projects; medium-voltage and industrial project experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with project management software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, contracts, and project schedules.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
  • No clearance required.


Compensation for the Project Manager include:

Salary Range: $110,000 - $165,000 depending on experience
