Your role and responsibilities
The Transition Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for transitioning requirements from multiple legacy contracts to the new Program. During transition periods, the Transition Manager shall be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the transition and meeting weekly with the Sponsor to review contract and program/project status. The Transition Manager role is temporary and will be required only during transition periods to ensure a seamless transfer of Statement of Work (SOW) requirements from legacy contracts to the new program.
"Leaders are expected to spend time with their teams and clients in the workplace, subject to business needs. This role is designated as fully on-site and requires physical presence in the workplace five (5) days per week."

Required technical and professional expertise
- Minimum ten (10) years of experience in managing transitions for software applications, with a proven track record of delivering complex transitions on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Minimum three (3) Experience analyzing complex technical issues and developing effective solutions.
- Minimum three (3) years of Experience with IT service management frameworks and methodologies, such as ITIL, Agile, and/or CMMI. Experience in managing cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, infrastructure specialists, and other stakeholders.
- Certified Scrum Master
- Minimum five (5) years in managing transitions for large-scale software applications transitions for enterprise-level applications
- Must have TS/SCI W/FSP day 1
- Certified Scrum Master

The compensation range and benefits for this position are based on a full-time schedule for a full calendar year. The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
