Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field
• 2+ years of Project Management experience; concrete/restoration industry preferred
• Knowledge of construction processes, equipment, techniques, and standards
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Client Services Managers to manage vendor network for project execution
• Engage with Structural Engineers for project scope development and technical inquiries
• Solicit vendor pricing and manage preferred vendor program
• Prepare and update project budgets, schedules, and construction plans
• Execute and oversee Statements of Work and Change Orders
• Supervise site logistics and subcontractor activities to exceed customer expectations
• Oversee procurement of project materials
• Review and approve subcontractor payment requisitions and prepare owner payment requests
• Resolve outstanding issues with customers within contract scope
• Attend and contribute to project meetings
• Build and maintain customer relationships through excellent service.
