Job Description:

Day to Day Responsibilities:

  • Manage medium to large N4 implementation projects that deliver results
  • Determine and define project scope and objectives for TOS implementations
  • Predict resource needs and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
  • Prepare budget based on scope and resource requirements; track actuals against budget
  • Develop and manage detailed project schedules and work plans
  • Provide project status updates to internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinate project resource assignment and task execution across Kaleris teams
  • Represent Kaleris in a professional manner
  • Ensure alignment between project goals and company objectives, leading teams to deliver customer value
  • Manage the change control process including creation, refinement and execution of Change Orders.
  • Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, managing expectations and ensuring transparency throughout the project lifecycle
  • Ensure that project deliverables meet the highest quality standards and comply with industry and organizational benchmarks
  • Measure project performance to identify successes and areas for improvement
