Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Manage medium to large N4 implementation projects that deliver results
- Determine and define project scope and objectives for TOS implementations
- Predict resource needs and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
- Prepare budget based on scope and resource requirements; track actuals against budget
- Develop and manage detailed project schedules and work plans
- Provide project status updates to internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate project resource assignment and task execution across Kaleris teams
- Represent Kaleris in a professional manner
- Ensure alignment between project goals and company objectives, leading teams to deliver customer value
- Manage the change control process including creation, refinement and execution of Change Orders.
- Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, managing expectations and ensuring transparency throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure that project deliverables meet the highest quality standards and comply with industry and organizational benchmarks
- Measure project performance to identify successes and areas for improvement
