Description

The Project Manager (PM) plays a critical role in driving the successful execution of strategic and enterprise projects. Leads cross-functional project teams, managing scope, schedule, and budget, ensuring delivery against defined objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of projects within assigned portfolios
  • Develop detailed project plans, charters, schedules, and communication plans
  • Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and budgets using standard templates and tools
  • Facilitate effective cross-functional collaboration and decision making
  • Track progress, remove barriers, and escalate issues to Leadership as appropriate


Additional Responsibilities

  • Ensure all projects follow defined intake, governance, and reporting requirements
  • Provide accurate project updates through dashboards, status reports, and executive summaries
  • Support benefit tracking and post-project reviews to confirm value realization
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships across business functions
  • Serve as the primary communication point for project sponsors, team members, and stakeholders


Continued Responsibilities

  • Manage expectations through proactive communication and transparency
  • Apply lessons learned and feedback to continuously improve project execution and governance
  • Contribute to the PM Center of Excellence (COE) initiatives
  • Coach business leads and team members on PM best practices and change adoption
  • Other duties as assigned
