Responsibilities- Drive day-to-day project management, facilitating meetings, coordinating cross-functional teams, documenting key decisions, and communicating actionable next steps to internal and client teams.
- Develop and manage project timelines, proactively identifying risks, aligning stakeholders on deliverables, and ensuring teams remain on track to meet critical deadlines.
- Lead client-facing and internal team statuses. Maintain and oversee status documents, providing clear visibility into project progress, milestones, and outstanding actions.
- Work closely with Associate Director and VP to deliver media recommendations. Contribute strategic thinking to client recommendations through audience insights, competitive intelligence, marketplace trends, and research-driven analysis using planning tools.
- Oversee budget management and billing processes, ensuring accurate financial tracking, reconciliation, and timely resolution of billing issues.
- Oversee the development, maintenance, and distribution of media flowcharts, ensuring alignment across internal stakeholders and clients.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members, fostering collaboration, accountability, and excellence in project execution.
Qualifications- Foundational understanding of media planning, with a strong curiosity and drive to grow into a media subject matter expert
- High attention to detail, particularly in managing data, budgets, and ensuring accuracy across deliverables
- Proactive, highly organized, and able to manage multiple workstreams across cross-functional teams while keeping timelines on track
- Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate insights and recommendations
- Experience in planning tools including MRI/Catalyst, Guidelines, Competitive tools like MediaRadar/Vivvixx, Pathmatics
- Experience developing and building PowerPoint presentations
- Foundational knowledge across channels and platforms/dsps, including Digital, Programmatic, Social, and Local (Radio, OOH, etc)

Compensation Range: USD $75,050.00 - USD $102,700.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
