- Proven experience managing projects in manufacturing, supply chain, or IT environments.
- Track record in digital transformation, system integration, and process automation.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead distributed teams and manage complex, cross-functional projects.
- Bachelors or masters degree in information technology, Engineering, or related field.
- Manage IT and digital transformation projects for manufacturing, supply chain, and process optimization.
- Collaborate with global teams (US, Ireland, Philippines, Asia) to ensure alignment and operational continuity.
- Demonstrates ability to communicate effectively and influence GO&T team members from multiple levels in the organization. Keeps team focused on critical project goals and initiatives
- Responsible for delivering multiple projects on-time, on-budget and with desired business results.
- Partner with business and technical stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize initiatives, and deliver measurable results.
- Support the development of team capabilities and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Coordinate harmonization of data systems and integration of new technologies (automation, analytics, AI/ML).
Salary Range: $86,000 - $125,000 a year
