Description
Project Manager:The Project Manager is responsible for the successful planning, execution, and closing of industrial service projects. This role requires a highly organized, skilled, and proactive professional who can lead cross-functional teams, manage project timelines and budgets, and ensure client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the industrial services sector, a deep understanding of project management principles, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget while maintaining the highest safety standards.
Project Manager Job Duties:- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and clients.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget estimates.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges proactively.
- Lead and motivate project teams, including field personnel and sub-contractors.
- Monitor project progress, performance, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with the project plan.
- Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and report on financial performance.
- Oversee all aspects of project execution, from initial mobilization to final completion.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status.
- Effectively communicate project details, changes, and potential issues to all stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and satisfaction.
- Champion a culture of safety, ensuring all project activities are performed in strict adherence to company safety policies and industry regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections and safety meetings.
- Ensure all necessary permits, certifications, and documentation are in place.
- Coordinate with internal departments to secure necessary resources, equipment, and materials.
- Manage subcontractor and vendor relationships, including contract negotiation and performance monitoring.
- Facilitate project closeout activities, including final reporting, documentation, and client sing-off.
- Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and improve future project delivery.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:- High school diploma or GED required.
- 7+ years' of experience in industrial services or a similar industry.
- 3+ years' of experience managing projects and/or teams.
- OSHA 30-Hour and Hazwoper 40-Hour preferred.
Physical Requirements:- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear
- This position requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling and climbing at times
- The employee must frequently lift or move items up to 60 pounds
- Must be able to frequently climb stairs and ladders
- May occasionally deal with heights
- Ability to wear Personal Equipment, including Respiratory Protection
- Consists of both office setting and physical jobsite
- Able to work in confined spaces when needed
