Full Job Description
Stream Tech Industrial is looking for Project Manager, Tank Cleaning to join their safety valued team in Pasadena, TX As a member of the team you will be responsible all aspects of field supervision on key projects. This includes managing the daily operations - execution, personnel training, and equipment maintenance. Additionally, you will support the business development efforts for the location. This includes proposal development and SME support throughout the company.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide overall direction and field administration of assigned project.
  • Manage the assigned personal, equipment, and subcontractors.
  • Ensure work performance is planned and coordinated according to the schedule, with strict adherence to quality and budget considerations.
  • Assist the sales force in preparation of estimates and procedures in planning of projects, with a strong eye to operational efficiencies.
  • Maintain project work site in a safe and environmentally sound condition per DOT, EPA, and OSHA requirements
  • Act as StreamTech main contact with the customer for the resolution of operational issues.
  • Initiate corrective action for any unsafe or environmentally unsound conditions
  • Ensure that all customer and company policies are adhered to in the completion of the assigned projects.
  • Monitor morale of personnel on project and strive to maintain at high level and "can do" attitude
  • Interface daily with customer contact, and constantly seek opportunities to sell additional services.
  • Conduct walk downs of all jobs being performed as part of the project.
  • Actively participate in feedback and post-job evaluation portions of the project.
  • Maintain a detailed daily log of the events.
  • Monitor assigned equipment for signs of mechanical problems, and work with division management to ensure there are no on-the job equipment failures.
  • Complete a post project evaluation of personnel assigned to projects
  • Other duties as directed.


Working Environment:

  • Petro-chemical/refinery, office, and plant.
  • Moderate Travel


Skills and Experience:

  • At least 3 years in tank cleaning,
  • At least 3 years Project Management and/or supervisory experience.
  • At least 3 years Equipment tracking, Job reporting, and Scheduling experience. required.
  • Project management experience to include management of bid proposal to the successful execution of the project.
  • Proven ability to operate, maintain and troubleshoot equipment. Prior project management/supervisory experience with proven leadership skills.
  • Proven well developed teamwork and collaboration skills including strong verbal and written communication, presentation, and team facilitation.
  • Must be well versed in technical writing and verbal communication.
  • Must possess excellent interpersonal skills to build positive relationships and handle conflict resolution.
  • Excellent analytical, planning and organization skills.
  • Must have the ability to prioritize to meet multiple deadlines.
  • Computer skills with Excel and word
  • Valid driver's license
  • TWIC card
