As a Senior Project Manager of TA Programs & Experience, this role focuses on adoption and enablement supporting key Talent Acquisition (TA) programs and ways of working. This role requires a strategic self-starter who plays a critical part in reinforcing consistency, identifying adoption gaps, and ensuring programs evolve based on feedback and business needs. The Sr. Project Manager ensures programs impacting jobseekers, candidates, hiring managers and TA colleagues are understood, adopted, and consistently applied across teams - helping translate strategy into day-to-day practice and driving sustainable behavior change over time. This individual reports into the Head of TA Experiences and partners closely with TA leaders, talent advisors (recruiters), HR partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to coordinate activities, support execution, and monitor progress.

Key Responsibilities

Program Adoption & Implementation
• Support the rollout and embedding of TA strategic programs (e.g., Hiring Blueprint, Talent Advisor framework, candidate experience, internal mobility)
• Translate program strategies into clear, actionable plans for recruiters, hiring managers, and partners
• Reinforce consistent use of tools, processes, upskilling/learning opportunities and best practices across teams
• Help adapt programs as business priorities or strategies evolve

Stakeholder Engagement & Enablement
• Partner with TA teams, HR, and business stakeholders to drive understanding and adoption of programs
• Gather feedback from end users (talent advisors, hiring managers) to identify friction points and improvement opportunities
• Support development of communications, training materials, and enablement resources
• Act as a connector between strategy and execution-ensuring alignment across stakeholders

Execution & Coordination
• Coordinate program activities, timelines, and deliverables to support successful implementation
• Identify risks or barriers to adoption and escalate or address as needed
• Support cross-functional alignment across related initiatives

Continuous Improvement & Insights
• Monitor adoption and effectiveness of programs using data and stakeholder feedback
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, or experiences
• Share insights to inform ongoing refinement of TA strategies and programs

Governance & Reporting
• Track progress against key milestones and adoption metrics and outcomes
• Ensure alignment and maintain documentation in accordance with Citizens' processes, standards, and governance expectations

Pay Transparency

The salary range for this position is $123,000-$159,000 per year, plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the budget, work location, and relevant skills and experience.
