OverviewProject Manager T&D – Onsite – Phoenix, AZ (Buckeye)
We have an opportunity for a talented & ambitious Project Manager with Transmission & Distribution (T&D) and/or power utilities experience to join our growing Team.
As our Project Manager you will contribute to oversight of the planning, design, and construction of projects within the Distribution team. You will work with team to secure, manage, and deliver projects from new and existing clients.
Responsibilities
Other responsibilities include:
- Manage scope, schedule, and budget of individual projects
- Work with matrixed team to provide tasks and deliverables on time
- Provides clear direction of next steps when needed to project stakeholders
- Monitor KPI’s, critical path, issues management, change management,
- Primary point of contact for internal/external project stakeholders
- Continuously build and maintain a network of third-party consultants and vendors
- Demonstrate a working knowledge of client and industry standards related to design and construction
- Demonstrate abilities to negotiate solutions to client concerns or project overages
Qualifications
We are seeking the following experience & qualifications:
- B.S. Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Science, or relevant technical field, or equivalent training and experience
- 10+ years of Project Management experience related to Distribution; Transmission or Substation or other Utilities project experience is a plus
- Experience in public utility design and construction
- Strong skills in MS Office, Primavera 6, SmartSheet or related software
- PMP Certification is a plus

The salary range for this position is $125,000 to $150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
