Full Job Description
Responsibilities:
  • Candidates MUST be WI residents or willing to relocate to WI at their own expense prior to starting. This position can work 100% remotely (within the state of WI).
  • Lead and manage complex projects, ensuring adherence to project management methodologies and best practices (e.g., PMI, Agile, Waterfall).
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
  • Define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria, and communicate them effectively to stakeholders.
  • Manage project risks and issues, developing and implementing mitigation and contingency plans.
  • Monitor and control project progress, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting on project status to stakeholders.
  • Manage project budgets and resources, ensuring efficient utilization and adherence to financial constraints.
  • Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members, stakeholders, and vendors.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time.
  • Conduct post-project reviews and lessons learned sessions to identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritizing tasks and resources effectively.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior project managers.
