  • Build organizational project management capability through standardization, training, and continuous improvement.

VTO Cost Savings Pipeline & Value Delivery
  • Lead the development and execution of a prioritized pipeline of VTO cost savings initiatives.
  • Partner with Finance and cross-functional teams to validate assumptions, track progress, and ensure forecast accuracy.
  • Provide clear and actionable reporting on savings delivery, risks, and opportunities to business leaders.

CapEx Tracking, Governance & Reporting (Single Source of Truth Discipline)
  • Serve as the single source of truth for CapEx project tracking, governance, and portfolio reporting.
  • Coordinate planning cycles and align stakeholders on investment priorities, timelines, and business assumptions.
  • Monitor project performance, risks, and dependencies while providing leadership with meaningful insights and recommendations.
  • Ensure CapEx initiatives are integrated into the broader Supply Chain, innovation, and transformation portfolio.
