What your new challenge will look like- Lead end-to-end delivery of supply chain consulting projects, ensuring scope, timeline, and budget adherence.
- Serve as the primary client interface, building strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Manage, coach and develop consultants across the business line, providing ongoing performance feedback, career guidance, and mentorship beyond individual project engagements.
- Oversee the development of analytical models, insights, and recommendations.
- Drive execution of solutions across areas such as supply chain strategy and transformation, network design and optimization, demand planning and inventory management, transportation and logistics operations, intralogistics and production, etc.
- Identify risks, proactively manage issues, and ensure successful project outcomes.
- Facilitate workshops, steer project governance, and present to executive audiences.
- Contribute to business development, including proposals, scoping, and client pitches.
- Support internal initiatives such as capability building and knowledge sharing.
Why you belong at 4flow- 6+ years' experience as a supply chain consultant and/or experience leading supply chain projects.
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, industrial engineering, business, or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Proven track record of successfully leading complex, cross-functional projects.
- Proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, and other data visualization platforms (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
- Ability to travel up to 80% during client engagements.
- Legally allowed to work in the U.S. (no relocation or sponsorship available).
