Full Job Description
A Day in the Life Reporting to the Supply Chain Director, you will lead the strategic collaboration with our major retail partners (Loblaws and Shoppers Drug Mart), managing a dedicated team of 4 analysts to deliver top-tier service.
  • Strategic Alliances: Drive collaborative joint business planning to align inventory, promotions, and launch strategies.
  • People Leadership: Coach and develop your team, fostering an environment of continuous upskilling and empowerment.
  • Performance Orchestration: Manage retail KPIs, optimizing store-level inventory, fill rates, and forecast accuracy.


We Are Looking For You are a strategic leader with a completed Bachelor's degree (Business, Supply Chain, or Engineering) and fluency in English (French is a strong asset). You bring:
  • Team Leadership: Experience in managing and developing high-performing, collaborative teams.
  • Client & Stakeholder Influence: Proven ability to partner with key retail stakeholders and influence internal cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic CPFR/VMI: Proficiency in optimizing replenishment systems (SAP, Retail Link) and complex inventory flows.
