The role demands exceptional communication, representing leadership externally, and financial acumen. Government experience and political process knowledge are highly desirable.
Primary Responsibilities- Strong project management, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and organization skills.
- Ability to communicate courteously and professionally with public officials in writing and verbally.
- Track deadlines on multiple projects and hold others accountable to deliver on expectations.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with sensitive information.
- Desire to thrive in a high-paced environment. The individual must be organized and able to manage multiple projects with competing priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to speak on behalf of leadership.Knowledge and understanding of the political process is preferred.
- Experience in a government setting is a plus.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and influencing and motivating teams with no direct authority over them.
