Description

Governance & Portfolio Management
  • Support portfolio governance activities, including performance reviews, executive reviews, and business reviews
  • Develop and maintain executive dashboards, KPI scorecards, and leadership reporting
  • Analyze performance trends, capacity, resource utilization, and financial indicators
  • Support forecasting, resource planning, and tracking of organizational priorities
  • Ensure the quality, consistency, and accuracy of management information used in decision-making processes
  • Review portfolio, project, and program health and provide recommendations to improve execution, predictability, and business outcomes
  • Identify risks, issues, and trends requiring leadership attention
  • Act as an advisor to Project Managers and Delivery Leaders on governance, planning, forecasting, and reporting practices
  • Promote consistent governance and portfolio management practices across the organization

Strategic & Executive Support
  • Prepare executive presentations, business analyses, and governance materials
  • Support leadership in planning, performance management, and decision-making activities
  • Perform analysis and provide data-driven recommendations
  • Track actions and decisions resulting from executive reviews and governance forums
  • Prepare business cases, strategic assessments, and recommendations for senior leadership
  • Provide an independent perspective on portfolio health, capacity constraints, delivery risks, and execution challenges


Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, Project Management, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 8 to 12 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in portfolio management, governance, business analysis, PMO, or project management
  • Experience supporting executive leadership and senior stakeholders
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI


Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Fluency in English and French
  • Knowledge of the aviation industry and Flightscape products and solutions
