Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree highly preferred with 3 years of experience.
• Associates degree with 4 years of experience.
• PMP or Lean Six Sigma certification highly preferred.
• Experience in sales and service, corporate or PMO environments.
• Background in Business Management, Sales, Marketing, or Supply Chain Management is strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and PM software like Trello or Monday.com.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from conceptual design to distribution in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Learn and navigate the internal ordering platform and its requirements.
• Conduct data analysis and reporting for the project team.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and manufacturing partners.
• Identify and implement improvements in processes and procedures.
• Drive best practices through feedback loops with partners and clients.
• Oversee daily requests from Sales Manager and Office Manager while maintaining organization and detail orientation.
