We are seeking a senior-level Project Manager to lead multiple implementation projects and drive successful delivery of a new invoicing solution across multiple vendors and business functions.
Required Skills- 5+ years of implementation project management experience
- 5+ years of project status updates, escalation management, and communication experience
- 5+ years of project planning experience
- Strong organizational and problem solving skills
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred Skills- Experience with invoicing solution projects
- Experience transitioning vendors from established processes to new processes
- Experience with Clarity
- Experience managing testing activities during vendor/client process transitions
Daily Responsibilities- Manage multiple implementation projects concurrently
- Develop and maintain project plans and schedules
- Provide project status updates and executive-level communications
- Escalate risks, issues, and blockers proactively
- Coordinate implementation of a new invoicing solution across multiple vendors
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and engagement
- Support project testing and transition activities
- Identify opportunities to improve project performance and delivery outcomes
