Senior Project ManagerOverviewWe are seeking a
Senior Project Manager (Non-IT) to manage multiple projects and drive successful program outcomes within a financial services environment. This role involves overseeing project execution from initiation through delivery while coordinating across business and technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities: - Manage multiple projects and align deliverables to broader program goals
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Track scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, and dependencies
- Facilitate project routines including status meetings, risk reviews, and leadership updates
- Prepare executive-level status reports and stakeholder communications
- Coordinate across Product, Treasury, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Finance, and vendors
- Support governance, implementation readiness, go-live planning, and post-implementation activities
Requirements: - 5+ years of strong project management experience
- 1+ year experience in payments, financial services, or similar domain
- Experience in payments, Treasury Operations, banking operations, or financial services
- Knowledge of payment capabilities (ACH, wires, cards, RTP, FedNow, digital payments, etc.)
- Experience with vendor integrations, platform migrations, or enterprise technology projects
- Familiarity with highly regulated environments (banking, insurance, financial services)
- Experience supporting executive reporting and governance forums
- Knowledge of operational readiness, reconciliation, settlement, and post-production support
- Familiarity with enterprise project and collaboration tools
