Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in OSP engineering and project management, preferably in telecommunications or utility industries.
• Professional Engineering (PE) license is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of outside plant design principles, fiber optics, and telecommunications infrastructure.
• Excellent project management skills, including task prioritization and budget management.
• Proficiency in project management software tools.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve engineering designs and modifications.

• Manage subcontractors and vendors to ensure quality standards are met.
• Implement quality control measures for OSP engineering designs and installations.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess project quality.
• Maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Address client inquiries and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Proactively address issues to minimize project disruptions.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including plans and progress reports.
