Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years' experience in project management
• Proven ability to manage small teams effectively
• Strong negotiation skills essential for success
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
• Strong financial acumen with budget management expertise
• Proficiency in project management tools and software, including CADD and ERP systems

Responsibilities

• Manage smaller projects or part of larger projects ensuring adherence to schedule
• Develop and maintain client relationships through consistent project updates
• Oversee budget reports and financial projections for the project
• Engage in project meetings with internal teams to align objectives
• Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain project scope and timelines
• Prepare detailed budget analysis and change order reports
• Delegate tasks and mentor Project Engineers, providing coaching and feedback
