Position Details- May manage a team or serve as a project lead
- Generally manages smaller projects or a portion of a larger, complex project
- Develops client relationships by providing project status updates to client and leadership
- Manages budget reports, cost and revenue projections, change orders, etc. for project
- Participates in project meetings with internal departments
- Partners with stakeholders to ensure scope and direction of project is on schedule

- Strong knowledge of applicable systems design, such as HVAC, plumbing, etc., as well as all design engineering aspects
- Proven ability to manage small teams

- Experience managing subcontractors
- Strong computer skills, including CADD, ERP and Microsoft Office Products, such as Excel
- Four-year degree in Engineering, or applicable experience
- Minimum 5-10 years' experience
- In-depth knowledge of applicable systems design, such as HVAC, plumbing, etc., as well as general understanding of system operations.

Pay: Final pay is determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. For Washington, this ranges from $100,000.00-$145,000.00 yearly plus annual incentive, benefits, and retirement program as outlined above.
