Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the successful delivery of key projects that enable business capabilities and enhance our enterprise platforms. You will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are aligned with strategic objectives, delivered on time and within budget, and meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Lifecycle Management: Manage projects from initiation to closure, adhering to established project management methodologies and best practices. This includes defining project scope, developing detailed project plans, managing resources, tracking progress, and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization, including business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors. Effectively communicate project status, risks, and issues, and proactively manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to lead story boarding sessions and translate into executive-ready presentations and reports
  • Participate in and support business process reengineering to identify opportunities for efficiency, automation and better controls by collaboratively working with internal stakeholders and process owners
  • Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and document project requirements, ensuring they are clearly defined, measurable, and aligned with business goals.
  • Risk and Issue Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, developing contingency plans as needed. Proactively escalate issues to appropriate stakeholders and drive resolution.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring projects are delivered within budget. Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities.
  • Team Leadership and Mentoring: Lead and motivate project teams, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure project success. Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve project management processes and methodologies and contribute to the development of best practices.
  • Supplier Management: Manage relationships with external suppliers, ensuring they deliver services and products according to agreed-upon terms and conditions.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Retail Operations or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
  • Strong stakeholder management experience with the ability to lead and work in cross functional teams
  • Solid expertise in the development and roll-out of transformation programs
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Scrum).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. Microsoft Project/Planner, PowerPoint & Think Cell).
  • PMP or other relevant certification is highly desirable.
  • Experience with enterprise platforms and business enablement technologies is a plus.
