In this role, you'll serve as the primary technical point of contact for the Program Manager and project team, providing status updates on task costs, schedules, and deliverables while ensuring successful execution. You'll monitor project risks, develop and present risk mitigation strategies, and help drive the efficient and effective performance of contract requirements. This position also involves directing skilled technical resources, reporting on project progress and challenges, and writing and reviewing technical documentation to support program success.

Requirements:

  • Must possess the ability to direct and manage project team activities, provide direction and mentoring to project team members, establish appropriate goals and objectives, and coordinate the activities of lower-level Project Managers to achieve synergy across TTOs.
  • Must be capable of documenting system and project process improvements, preparing and completing action plans for presentation to the Government, and providing detailed tracking of requirements satisfaction for reporting to Government customers.
  • Must have the ability to allocate staffing, facilities, and equipment across multiple simultaneous requirements while developing multi-project Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) to deconflict resource allocation.
  • Must possess the ability to ensure compliance with all contractual, regulatory, and administrative requirements in coordination with the Contractor's contracts staff.
  • Must be capable of mitigating project risks and issues, reviewing risk and risk mitigation activities, allocating resources to support mitigation efforts, and providing analysis of operational objectives while drafting plans to achieve those objectives.
  • Must have the ability to provide effective and efficient management of the contractor's effort across assigned projects while ensuring project execution, resource coordination, risk management, Government reporting, and overall program objectives are successfully achieved.
  • Must have eight (8) years of demonstrated experience in conducting requirements analysis, resource allocation, project costing, deliverable tracking, schedule and financial data monitoring, and reporting for projects and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity, OR fourteen (14) years of similar Federal Government program management experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.
  • Must have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level 3 certification in Program Management.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph is required.

Salary Range:
A variety of factors can impact the final salary offered, including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and wage rates, relevant work experience, specialized skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
