Are you ready to shape the landscape of Washington, DC and the DC metropolitan area? RK&K is expanding and looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Site Development Project Manager to lead transformative land development projects in the region.
In this leadership role, you'll manage diverse projects and talented teams, collaborate with clients, and make a lasting impact on the communities we serve.
Essential Functions- Lead site and land development projects from concept to completion
- Manage scope, budget, and schedules with precision
- Collaborate directly with clients to ensure alignment and satisfaction
- Guide and mentor engineering staff and subconsultants
- Ensure quality control and compliance across all deliverables
- Represent RK&K in community outreach and client meetings
- Oversee construction administration and project approvals
Required Skills and Experience- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- PE license in DC, MD, and/or VA (or ability to obtain)
- 10+ years of progressive experience in site/land development
- Strong leadership and client engagement skills
- Expertise in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office Suite
- Expertise with local permitting processes and proposal development
Preferred Skills and Experience- Experience with Hydraflow, Storm & Sanitary Analysis, and industry networking

Salary Range: $65.00-$78.00 per hour
