Job Summary

Lead project controls and delivery for the Scaffold, Insulation, and Passive (SIP) scopes on a large data center program. Manage $10M+ in scaffold and insulation work using Primavera P6 for schedule control, enforce productivity tracking and phased execution, and ensure quality, safety, and cost performance through close coordination with field teams and stakeholders.

Essential Job Responsibilities
  • Own Primavera P6 schedule development, baseline management, updates, and recovery planning; manage project phasing and handover milestones.
  • Track scope, change orders, and cost performance for scaffold and insulation packages; maintain accurate forecasts and variance reporting.
  • Implement and maintain productivity measurement systems; analyze labor and crew productivity, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Coordinate daily with superintendents, foremen, subcontractors, and client representatives to sequence work, resolve conflicts, and maintain flow across phases.
  • Ensure workmanship meets specifications and safety standards; participate in inspections, punch lists, and corrective action follow-ups.
  • Produce weekly executive dashboards, look-ahead schedules, earned value reports, and risk registers; present status to project leadership.
  • Support manpower planning and subcontractor management to align crews with phased work and productivity targets.
  • Capture lessons learned, propose process improvements, and support training initiatives to raise field performance.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Associate degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
  • Minimum 7 years of construction experience with at least 3 years in project controls or scheduling on large commercial or data center projects. Demonstrated experience managing scaffold and insulation scopes preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6; strong Excel skills; familiarity with project controls tools and reporting.
  • PMP, PSP, or scheduling certification preferred but not required. Valid driver's license.
  • Working knowledge of scaffold systems, insulation materials and installation methods, and data center construction sequencing.
  • Strong analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication, proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
