Full Job Description
Seres Engineering & Services is recruiting for the contract salaried positions of four Project Managers, reporting in person to Fort Benning, GA typically Monday through Friday [redacted] excluding Federal Holidays, special circumstances, or limited same day travel to Camp Merril and Camp Rudder. Successful candidates will support Fort Benning Directorate of Public Works, Engineering Division, and Operations and Maintenance Division with new and renovation construction project management, oversight, documentation, and leadership briefing. Engineering Division support includes facility and infrastructure maintenance, repair, and construction program support; not limited to, facility engineering and management, scope development, oversight, project management, construction management, construction quality assurance, technical review and support, environmental coordination, and safety oversight. The project manager will attend meetings with stakeholders, provide updates and briefings, and manage activities throughout the project lifecycle from inception to closeout. Hiring and start date are contingent on contract award.

Requirements

Independently managing assigned projects; develop detailed scope of work for construction projects; develop cost estimates; coordinate building/road closures and swing space requirements; communicate effectively and professionally with stakeholders; review and enforcing environmental requirements; complete environmental review documentation; schedule and sequence project work/contractors; conduct on-site inspections for progress, quality, and safety compliance/progress; support Fort Benning Contracting Officer Representatives with contractor surveillance and documentation; perform as key member of Fort Benning's Sustainment and Construction Program.

-Must be able to satisfy background clearance for access requirements at Fort Benning, GA and Camp Rudder, FL, and Camp Merril, GA.

-Must have a valid state driver's license.

-Must be able to traverse construction sites unassisted and access areas of construction to perform inspections of the work (e.g., barracks, mechanical rooms, roof areas, uneven terrain, unpaved surfaces).

-Must have a high school diploma plus 10 years of applicable professional experience; or possess a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Building Science, Construction Management, or closely related field plus 5 years of applicable professional experience. Note:

Battalion or higher-level operations management experience may be substituted for years of professional experience.

-Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and the ability to communicate appropriately and professionally via email.

-Must have experience working on military installations. Extra consideration will be given to candidates with experience working on Army controlled facilities.

-Preferred, Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

-Preferred, DPW of USACE project support experience

-Preferred, experience and familiarity working with Fort Benning, Camp Rudder, or Camp Merrill.
