Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience in a regulated environment.
• BS Degree in Engineering; MS Degree preferred.
• PMP Certification and/or Professional Project Management Certificate preferred.
• Expertise in scheduling, budget, and risk management.
• Proven ability to define and manage product development scope effectively.
• Strong communication skills for presenting key project metrics and customer relations.

Responsibilities

• Scope, plan, execute, and close medical device projects.
• Manage cross-functional team meetings to ensure effective project progression.
• Lead teams through a systematic Stage Gate product development process.
• Organize and present project metrics, progress, and risks during reviews.
• Forge and maintain strong relationships with both internal teams and external customers.
• Respond to unexpected challenges with tact and negotiation skills while balancing project needs.
• Multi-task effectively between projects under competing deadlines.
