Job Summary

We are seeking a Project Manager / Scrum Master to support the delivery of a content migration and content management initiative tied to the implementation of a headless CMS platform. This role will work closely with internal stakeholders, vendor teams, and technical delivery groups to ensure successful execution of content migration, modernization, and platform enhancement initiatives. The ideal candidate will balance Agile delivery leadership with traditional project management responsibilities, including governance, reporting, risk management, stakeholder communication, and financial oversight.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead project delivery for CMS implementation, content migration, and related content management workstreams.
• Coordinate with program leadership, stakeholders, vendor teams, and technical delivery groups to ensure alignment across related initiatives.
• Oversee delivery teams operating in Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid methodologies, ensuring work is effectively planned, prioritized, tracked, and delivered.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, retrospectives, Kanban reviews, and delivery planning sessions.
• Maintain project governance activities including status reporting, RAID logs, decision records, dependency tracking, project plans, financial tracking, and leadership updates.
• Manage cross-functional dependencies between content migration, CMS implementation, modernization initiatives, integration teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and platform providers.
• Support planning and execution of content migration activities, including sequencing, validation, readiness assessments, cutover coordination, and issue resolution.
• Manage client-facing delivery activities involving external business partners, third-party vendors, and cross-organizational teams.
• Identify, assess, and proactively manage risks, issues, blockers, scope changes, schedule impacts, and stakeholder alignment.
• Coordinate delivery across multiple stakeholder groups with varying priorities, governance models, operating rhythms, and approval processes.
• Provide clear and consistent communication to business, technology, vendor, and leadership stakeholders.
• Support financial management activities including forecasting, budget visibility, change control, and burn-rate tracking.
• Ensure delivery activities remain aligned with business priorities, technical dependencies, governance requirements, and strategic timelines.
• Operate effectively in environments requiring confidentiality, controlled information handling, and sensitive stakeholder communications.

Required Qualifications
• Proven experience managing client-facing technology projects involving external business partners, third-party vendors, platform providers, and cross-functional delivery teams.
• Experience serving as a Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead, Project Manager, or similar role supporting Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid delivery models.
• Strong understanding of system integrations, data exchange processes, platform dependencies, and cross-organizational workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholder groups with competing priorities and varying levels of technical expertise.
• Experience working within multi-vendor delivery environments and coordinating efforts across consulting teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
• Strong project planning, delivery management, risk management, issue management, dependency management, and financial management experience.
• Experience maintaining Agile delivery practices while supporting traditional project governance and reporting requirements.
• Strong communication, facilitation, negotiation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with project and collaboration tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, and Confluence.
• Ability to work effectively in environments requiring confidentiality, information sensitivity, and controlled communications.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience delivering integration-focused initiatives involving digital platforms, customer engagement solutions, content management systems, or high-volume transactional environments.
• Experience with headless CMS platforms, including Sanity CMS or similar technologies.
• Experience supporting content migration, content governance, web modernization, digital experience, or customer-facing platform initiatives.
• Exposure to API-driven architectures, integration platforms, distributed systems, and cloud-hosted applications.
• Experience working in consulting, client-facing delivery, or multi-vendor enterprise environments.
• Project management or Agile certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, CSM, PSM, or equivalent.
• Experience supporting technology transformation, platform integration, CMS implementation, or digital modernization initiatives.
