Job Description- Lead Agile teams as Scrum Master, facilitating sprint ceremonies and removing impediments.
- Manage end-to-end Insurance transformation projects using Agile/Scrum/SAFe methodologies.Oversee project scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and delivery governance.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Track project financials, KPIs, resource utilization, and compliance requirements.
- Lead onsite/offshore teams and mentor team members.
- Drive initiatives across Policy Administration, Claims, Billing, Customer Experience, Digital Transformation, Data & Analytics, and Regulatory Programs.
Required Experience & Skills - 10+ years in IT delivery.
- 5+ years as Project Manager and Scrum Master.
- Insurance domain experience (P&C, Life Insurance, Annuities, or Group Benefits preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, SAFe, SDLC, Jira/Azure DevOps, and DevOps practices.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, risk management, and leadership skills.
- Relevant certifications such as PMP, CSM, PSM, SAFe, or PMI-ACP preferred.
- Success Metrics: On-time and on-budget delivery, sprint predictability, client satisfaction, delivery quality, and governance compliance.
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: 79,000 to 123,000.
