Qualifications:- 5 or more years of relevant experience in the Field of Building Automation, HVAC Automation and Technical field.
- 4-year bachelor's degree (e.g. Project Management, Business Management, Operations Management, etc.) or work experience.
- Understanding of and proficient in project management skills
- Working knowledge of ISO requirements
- Excellent time management and organization skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, including Professional Scheduling Programs
- Financial acumen and understanding
- Excellent customer service
- Leadership skills: team building, empower and delegate authority, ability to build rapport and consensus.
- Advanced knowledge of contract law, codes, standards, and industry construction knowledge
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Influence and convince internal and external customers, listen effectively, and solicit input from others.
For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 117,600 - USD 176,400 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
