As a Manager, Functional Transformation on the Functional Transformation team, you will be responsible for...
  • Leading functional transformation workstreams across process design, operating model changes, and implementation planning
  • Translating business requirements into future-state processes, roles, controls, and technology-enabled workflows
  • Managing project plans, risks, issues, dependencies, and executive-level status reporting
  • Facilitating client workshops, stakeholder discussions, and decision-making sessions across business and technology teams
  • Coaching team members, reviewing deliverables, and driving quality execution across project activities

Qualifications

Required:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Active Secret security clearance required
  • 6+ years of experience in functional transformation, operating model design, or business process transformation
  • 3+ years of experience leading project workstreams or teams in consulting or industry
  • Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into process, control, and technology design decisions
  • Experience facilitating workshops and presenting recommendations to business and technology stakeholders
  • Ability to travel 0-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in New York, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to New York and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $116,200 to $193,600.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
