About The Job You're Considering

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of a Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced implementation, encompassing CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote), Billing, and Revenue Management. This role requires strong leadership to drive execution within a fast-paced timeline while ensuring alignment with business objectives and high-quality outcomes.

Your Role

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
  • Manage project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation
  • Oversee implementation of Salesforce Revenue Cloud components including CPQ, Billing, and Quote-to-Cash (QTC) processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business, IT, Finance, and Salesforce stakeholders
  • Drive effective stakeholder communication, governance, and status reporting
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; manage dependencies and resolve issues proactively
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and alignment with organizational goals
  • Facilitate decision-making processes and remove roadblocks to maintain project momentum


Your Skills and Experience

  • 8-12 years of experience in Project Management, preferably in enterprise technology implementations
  • Proven expertise in Salesforce Revenue Cloud, CPQ, and Billing implementations
  • Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash (QTC) processes
  • Experience delivering large-scale, enterprise-level projects
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications
  • Certifications such as Salesforce, PMP, or Agile (Scrum/SAFe)
  • Experience with ERP integrations (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities in complex environments

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $82,082 - $193,440

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting.
