The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to keep project information moving so field teams can stay productive and projects can be completed safely, efficiently, and profitably.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret and communicate contract requirements, customer commitments, scope changes, exclusions, and project risks to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Work closely with Site Supervisors to ensure they have current drawings, approved changes, site instructions, RFIs, specifications, and other information required to execute the work.
  • Coordinate material needs, purchase orders, supplier communication, delivery timing, and material readiness to support the field schedule.
  • Manage RFIs, design clarifications, site instructions, and information requests to prevent delays and remove project constraints.
  • Track project constraints, assign follow-up actions, and help resolve issues affecting schedule, productivity, billing, or customer commitments.
  • Identify, price, submit, negotiate, and track change orders, including cost, schedule, labor, material, and productivity impacts.
  • Organize and maintain field documentation, including time-and-material records, quality check sheets, site reports, photos, backup documentation, and change order support.
  • Prepare accurate cost-to-complete updates and project forecasts using field input, production data, committed costs, approved changes, and known risks.
  • Review and approve applicable material, equipment, subcontractor, and project-related invoices.
  • Prepare and submit progress applications, support billing requirements, and coordinate with finance to resolve payment, invoicing, or cost coding issues.
  • Maintain strong communication with clients, general contractors, consultants, suppliers, internal teams, and leadership.
  • Support project closeout, deficiency tracking, final documentation, warranty requirements, and post-project lessons learned.
  • Follow and support RWC standard project management tools, workflows, documentation practices, and process improvement initiatives.
