- Active Secret security clearance required
- Ability to travel 0-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- 6+ years of experience in business transformation, operating model design, process improvement, or large-scale transformation programs
- 3+ years of experience leading project workstreams, deliverables, and junior practitioners
