Work You'll Do

As a Manager, Functional Transformation on the GPS SAP team, you will be responsible for...
  • Lead functional transformation workstreams across strategy, operating model, process, and implementation efforts.
  • Manage project plans, deliverables, risks, issues, and stakeholder communications across complex engagements.
  • Analyze current-state processes and design future-state solutions that improve efficiency, controls, and business outcomes.
  • Facilitate client workshops, requirements gathering sessions, and decision-making meetings with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Coach junior team members, review work products, and drive quality across project deliverables.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 6+ years of experience in business transformation, operating model design, process improvement, or large-scale transformation programs
  • 3+ years of experience leading project workstreams, deliverables, and junior practitioners
