Responsibilities

  • Build and manage project files and documentation.
  • Maintain positive relationships with key vendors.
  • Process purchase orders and coordinate with manufacturers as needed.
  • Communicate shipping schedules and manage freight claims efficiently.
  • Monitor billing processes and handle customer order changes.
  • Produce submittals and operational manuals for projects.
  • Support company initiatives and adapt to additional tasks as assigned.

Full Job Description
What You Will Do:
  • Build and maintain all information in project files
  • Establish and maintain good working relations with all key vendors
  • Enter purchase orders and expedite with manufacturers when necessary
  • Communicate all ship schedules to customers weekly, track shipments, and handle freight claims
  • Manage billing on all projects, including credits
  • Manage customer orders, including change orders
  • Produce submittals and Operations Manuals
  • Support and promote company initiatives and processes
  • Other duties as assigned


What You Will Bring:
  • One-year minimum electrical industry experience
  • Some Project Management experience (electrical industry preferred)
  • Ability to work directly with customers and suppliers
  • Able to work independently, and as a team, while handling and prioritizing multiple tasks
  • Computer literate, knowledge of NC Solar Eclipse, JM, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Able to utilize the internet to get product information from manufacturer websites for submittal information
  • Detail-oriented


Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
  • Office environment is mainly seated at a desk
  • Heavy phone and computer use
  • Usual 40-hour work week Monday through Friday; however, based on business needs, evening and weekend hours may occasionally be required
  • Requires punctual regular, and reliable on-site attendance


Salary & Compensation:
  • This position is an exempt position and not subject to overtime.
  • Pay is $80,168.40 annually.
