The Project Manager, PMO plays a critical role in delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives that support divisional priorities. Positioned within the Divisional PMO, this role leads projects across a broad and diverse portfolio spanning engineering, operations, supply chain, and system-enabled initiatives.
How You Will Make Contributions That Matter- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of assigned projects from initiation through close, ensuring alignment with divisional objectives and PMO standards.
- Deliver cross-functional initiatives spanning various functions and business objectives.
- Partner with business and technical stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, success criteria, and change impacts.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, resource requirements, and decision points.
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies; escalate proactively to drive timely resolution.
- Apply change management principles to support adoption of new processes, systems, workflows, and operating models
- Conduct change impact assessments and develop associated communication, stakeholder engagement, and readiness plans.
- Facilitate cross-functional alignment across engineering, operations, supply chain, and IT teams.
- Serve as a liaison between divisional business teams and the Corporate IT PMO for technology-enabled initiatives.
- Provide clear, concise, and consistent project reporting to stakeholders and leadership.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of PMO processes, tools, and best practices.
You are best suited for the role if you have the following experience, skills, and qualifications- 3-5 years of experience in a project management or PMO role.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related field.
- Experience leading change-heavy initiatives such as process transformations, system implementations, or operational improvements.
- Exposure to manufacturing, engineering, or supply chain environments.
- Experience working in a matrixed organization supporting both business and IT stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of project management and change management fundamentals.
- Ability to manage both technical and non-technical projects effectively.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to connect project execution to business outcomes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with PM or BI tools is a plus.

Salary range: $89,695-$117,725
Salary offers will vary commensurate with experience, education, skills, and training
The position follows a hybrid work schedule, with 4 days onsite and 1 days remote, based out of our Wauwatosa, WI office.
