Role Summary: Single point of accountability for the Client Provider Systems managed-services engagement - owns governance, delivery, and the objective-gated transition from the incumbent to steady state.
Key Responsibilities: - Own the transition plan, the weekly plan 12 review 12 update cadence, and the phase gates (Proceed / Conditional Proceed / Extend)
- Carry end-to-end delivery and SLA accountability; run steering, RACI, escalation and status reporting to Client
- Coordinate the onshore (Michigan) and offshore (Bangalore) teams and the follow-the-sun handoff
- Manage scope, risk (RAID), and the enhancement backlog and dispositions
- Serve as Client day-to-day relationship owner and 22one neck to choke 23
- Participate in the on-call rotation for escalations - after-hours coverage and response for critical (P1 / P2) incidents
Required Qualifications: - Proven application-sustainment experience - maintaining, supporting and enhancing established production systems day to day; this is a sustain (run-and-maintain) engagement, not greenfield development
- 10+ years IT delivery / project management, including application-support or managed-services transitions
- Direct, hands-on experience with application transitions - knowledge acquisition, shadow / reverse-shadow and go-live from an incumbent
- Hands-on experience managing and delivering projects built on this technology stack (Java, Python, legacy VB6 / Jython, Oracle) - stack familiarity alone is not sufficient
- PMP and/or Agile/Scrum certification; strong client-facing communication
- Demonstrated ownership of SLAs, governance and multi-shore delivery
- Must be based at (or relocate to) the V2Soft Michigan office; US work authorization

- Provider-data or Portico program experience
- SAFe / scaled-agile delivery
