Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in IT delivery or project management, particularly in application support or managed services transitions
• Proven experience in managing and sustaining established production systems on a day-to-day basis
• Direct hands-on experience with application transitions including knowledge transfer and go-live actions
• Proficiency with Java, Python, VB6/Jython, and Oracle for project delivery
• PMP or Agile/Scrum certified with strong client communication skills
• Demonstrated track record of owning SLAs, governance, and managing multi-shore teams
• Must be able to work from or relocate to the Michigan office; US work authorization required

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee the transition plan and maintain regular update schedules
• Ensure accountability for end-to-end delivery and service level agreements (SLAs)
• Coordinate both onshore and offshore teams for seamless operations
• Manage project scope, risk, and enhancement backlog effectively
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing relationships and expectations
• Participate in an on-call rotation to handle critical incidents outside of standard hours
