This is a full-time, on-site position in Casper, Wyoming
What You'll Do:
Lead multidisciplinary project teams and provide overall project leadership from planning through commissioning.
Develop and execute project strategies, construction plans, and delivery approaches.
Manage full project lifecycle from detailed engineering through construction, commissioning, and operations handoff.
Coordinate cross-functional interfaces including engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and operations.
Direct complex construction activities including large-diameter pipelines, pump and valve stations, HDD, Direct Pipe, micro tunneling, water crossings, steep slopes, and facility tie-ins.
Administer EPC/EPCM and construction contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and project objectives.
Evaluate and manage change orders, contractor claims, performance, and commercial risks.
Support earned value management (EVM) processes and provide executive-level reporting and insights.
What We're Looking For:
Required Education, Experience and/or Abilities
A bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline with twelve (12) to fifteen (15) years of progressive responsible pipeline project experience; or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.
A minimum of five (5) years of experience managing major pipeline construction projects.
Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale, complex infrastructure projects from planning through execution.
Experience interacting with regulatory agencies, including the BLM.
