Position OverviewThe
Project Manager serves as the primary point of contact for BPA execution and is responsible for program oversight, resource management, task order coordination, reporting, and performance management.
Responsibilities- Manage multiple task orders and project teams.
- Serve as the primary liaison to Government leadership and COR.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and performance metrics.
- Oversee staffing, resource allocation, and workload management.
- Prepare monthly status reports and quarterly program reviews.
- Monitor risks, issues, and corrective actions.
- Ensure contract compliance and quality delivery.
Required Skills and Experience- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- PMP certification preferred.
- 10+ years of federal program or project management experience.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary teams.
- Ability to work effectively remotely in cross-functional teams.
- Ability to meet deadlines and produce quality work.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite software including Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.
Clearance RequirementsApplicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements. Ability to obtain Public Trust prior to hire and maintain during employment is required.
Work Location: Hybrid - USCG HQ (DHS St. Elizabeth's Campus in D.C.)
Hybrid work schedule with periodic onsite presence at Coast Guard Headquarters and customer locations as required.
Must be available during core business hours (7:30 AM-5:00 PM ET) and respond to Government requests within established contractual timelines.

CompensationThe salary range for this position is $100,000 - $200,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
